These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the gelakeatm website and related pages that describe our Decorative Ceramic Home Decor Course (the “Website”). The Website is operated by gelakeatm s.r.o. (“gelakeatm”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Website. If you are using the Website on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

By using the Website, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old. If you are under 18, you may use the Website only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Website after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The Website and our course materials are provided for educational training only. We teach ceramic technique and design approaches for handmade decorative objects such as vases and interior décor pieces. Creative results vary according to individual learning progress and artistic practice.

Any examples, images, or descriptions of outcomes are illustrative. Ceramic work is influenced by material variables (clay body, grog content, shrinkage), studio conditions (drying humidity, leather-hard timing), and firing variables (kiln schedule, cone heatwork, glaze thickness). No specific outcome is promised.

The Website provides information about our Decorative Ceramic Home Decor Course, including module descriptions (clay preparation, shaping techniques, glazing methods), student gallery examples, and an option to register your interest by submitting your name and email. The Website may also include educational articles or guidance intended to support learning.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, gelakeatm s.r.o. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Website.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website will be limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us for services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) €100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you. In those jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless gelakeatm s.r.o., its directors, officers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Website; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your submission of false or unlawful information; or (d) your infringement of any third-party rights.

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance to the extent caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, war, terrorism, labor disputes, pandemics, internet or telecommunications outages, cyberattacks, and failures of hosting or cloud providers.

We make no representation that the Website is appropriate or available for use in every location. Accessing the Website from territories where content or services are unlawful is prohibited. You are responsible for compliance with local laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website will be submitted to the competent courts in Brno, Czech Republic, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also benefit from mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
